Hi all!

No better time for the very first love and noodles post – T-1 hour until my flight takes off! Mom and Dad just gave me the best airport send off, complete with the most important travel essential:  goldfish.

Travel plans

I’ll be flying from Washington, DC to Doha, Qatar and then on to the final destination: Singapore!  James has already been there for a few hours, and is sending amazing pictures that make me even more excited to arrive. Love and noodles will be bursting with great pictures in no time!

The last few days have been an absolute blur of preparation, packing, and appointments for the big move.  It was less than a week ago that I packed up almost 3 years of life in Charlotte, NC to bring everything back to my childhood home in MD. Now I’m all packed up again and moving across the world!

Friends in CLT – I’ve been missing you all tons already! Family and friends in MD – it was so wonderful to spend time with you all before I took off. Thank you for making time to see me on my tight schedule.

For now I’ll have to leave y’all to board my plane (EEK!) and sign off. Next love and noodles post will be from SINGAPORE!
